It should be noted that the two appeared in federal court in The Angels, Californiaand were later released after posting bail.

According to US and Mexican media, Del Villar, 41, paid $100,000 and Scalisi $35,000. By the way, the readings of the charges in both cases will take place during a hearing scheduled for July 20 of the current year. By the way, everything indicates that this subject promoted concerts in Mexico for Del Entertainment until March 2019.

What does the Kingpin Law say?

The Kingpin Act prevents people in the United States from doing business with companies or subjects that appear on the lists of “specially designated drug traffickers”, as is the case of Jesús Pérez Alvear, who is originally from the Mexican state of Morelos, one of the most dangerous in the country. He also calls attention to the fact that his company is based in Jalisco, a bastion entity of Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

Ángel Del Villar has a YouTube channel in which he has almost 370 thousand subscribers and from where he promotes the artists he produces, as well as various events and activities of his company Del Records. The last post he made was six months ago to brag that he made a significant toy donation to California families.
