It’s Wednesday night, and you know what that means! Jim Ross welcomes us to tonight’s show. We open Road Rager with the Hair vs. Hair Match.

Hair vs Hair Match

Chris Jericho (w/ Jake Hager, Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard & Angelo Parker) wins against Ortiz (w/ Eddie Kingston) after Sammy Guevara, disguised as Fuego del Sol, attacked Ortiz with a baseball bat.
Match time: 11:40
– After the match, Ortiz cuts his own hair to redeem the stipulation. But Kingston is far from having enough, Ortiz repeatedly calls out “Blood and Guts” into the microphone, which Kingston holds out to him.

20-on-1 Handicap Elimination Match

Wardlow wins against 20 Security (w/ “Smart” Mark Sterling) via stipulation after pinning the last seven Security at the same time.
Match time: 04:16

After the match, it is announced that security’s class action lawsuit has thus been dismissed. Wardlow wants to get his hands on Sterling but is interrupted by Dan Lambert, who is in a skybox with a microphone. He directs two UFC legends present today (Matt Hughes & Tyron Woodley) to finish off Wardlow, after brief consultation with them prefer to help him give Sterling one last powerbomb. Scorpio Sky and Lambert can’t believe it.

singles match
Will Ospreay beats Dax Harwood via a pinfall after the hidden blade.
Match time: 13:42

After the match, Ospreay celebrates with the rest of the United Empire. They threaten the defeated Harwood until Roppongi Vice and Cash Wheeler join them. But even these cannot do anything at first. Finally, Orange Cassidy’s music hits! He and Ospreay face each other in the ring, suddenly the Brit is facing all five opponents! With nothing left of the rest of the United Empire, Ospreay retreats.

After the ad, the time has come. “Wild Thing” sounds, Jon Moxley is on his way to the ring. “Holy Shit” chanted as he and Hiroshi Tanahashi faced each other in the ring. Mox claims to have been hunting Tanahashi for a long time. There is only one man called “Ace” – Tanahashi. He is an inspiration for many people – including Mox. But the Japanese won’t be an “ace” for long, because Moxley is the best wrestler in the world. When the dust settles on Forbidden Door, Tanahashi will call Moxley “Ace.” The segment is interrupted by Chris Jericho coming out with Guevara and Tay Conti. Jericho refers to Moxley’s spot as his. If Mox does not clear this spot, he will throw a fireball in his face because he is a magician. Tanahashi tells Jericho to shut up. This doesn’t put up with it and demands: “Go get ’em, boys!” Not only the Jericho Appreciation Society comes out, Lance Archer and Desperado also attack. Logically, Moxley and Tanahashi cannot do anything against this superiority. Jericho once again showcases his newcomers Conti & Guevara before announcing another match for Forbidden Door: Jericho, Guevara will join Minoru Suzuki on Wheeler Yuta, Eddie Kingston and Shota Umino, son of NJPW referee Red Shows Umino, meet. This is the cue for Kingston, Santana, Ortiz, and Wheeler Yuta to make the safe.

In a video segment, Darby Allin talks about Kyle O’Reilly taking down the only person he cares about: Sting. He will therefore do the same thing to Bobby Fish on Rampage – break his leg.

Toni Storm is interviewed by Tony Schiavone. She talks about wanting to be Women’s World Champion.

Singles Match – AEW All-Atlantic Championship Tournament Quarter-Finals
Miro wins against Ethan Page (w/ Dan Lambert) via submission in game over.
Match time: 09:33
– Shortly before the finish, Lambert wanted to intervene. Miro made short work of it and knocked him off the apron.

Dante Martin says in a video segment that he’s fed up with people only ever talking about his potential. So he will show Mox what he’s made of at Rampage on Friday.

singles match
Toni Storm wins against Dr. Britt Baker, DMD (w/ Jamie Hayter & Rebel) via pinfall after Storm Zero.
Match time: 07:31
– Hayter intervened for the first time after a minute, bringing up Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa.

Stokely Hathaway announces that Jade Cargill has announced an Open Challenge for Friday. At the same time, he will make his commentary debut there. Willow Nightingale arrives and claims to accept the Open Challenge.

“Hangman” Adam Page emerges and is greeted with loud shouts of “Cowboy Shit.” Unfortunately, he has to correct himself because he wanted to challenge Kazuchika Okada for his IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. However, Okada has since lost his title to Jay White, whom he now wants to challenge instead. Once again he is interrupted by Adam Cole. He first wants to congratulate Jay White before forbidding Page from challenging the IWGP Champion. If anyone becomes a challenger, it’s Adam Cole. And Jay White wants to say hello himself. His music starts playing, but he attacks Page from behind with a Blade Runner. He also says he won’t be defending his title against Page. Cole is excited. But White robs him of the dream, because Cole will not be the challenger either. Cole is devastated, but the Switchblade ignores him.

Forbidden Door will see two more title matches: Thunder Rosa will defend the AEW Women’s Championship against Toni Storm, while Will Ospreay will put his IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship on the line against none other than Orange Cassidy.

AEW World Tag Team Championship
Tag team ladder match
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) defeat Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus) (c) via stipulation → title change!
Match time: 14:55
– Matt Jackson and Jungle Boy each flew through a table after a good four minutes. Luchasaurus had to believe it too shortly after, when Nick Jackson sent him through a third table with a 450 splash.
– Shortly before the end of the match, Luchasaurus flew through four tables set up outside, just before he could lose the titles.

After the match, Christian takes care of Jungle Boy before hitting him with the killswitch. In the end, it also sets the con-chair-to in front of the shocked family. That concludes today’s Dynamite issue.
